NMP is licensed by the state of South Carolina and plans to eventually write coverage in all states in the U.S., subject to the approval of the RRG's Board of Directors and the South Carolina Department of Insurance. The state of South Carolina has been chosen as the domicile for NMP due to its extensive experience in the successful regulation of RRGs. In addition, as one of the premier locations for captive insurance companies in the U.S., South Carolina has a well-established infrastructure at both the private and public levels, including legal counsel, accountants, and administrators well-versed in RRG operations.
