Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher), the 3rd largest insurance broker in the United States and one of the largest global insurance brokers, is responsible for marketing, policy management and administration for NMP in accordance with the guidelines established by NMP's Board of Directors.

RRG Manager
Aon Insurance Managers, Inc. (AIM) provides administrative, accounting and regulatory functions to support NMP's operations. AIM has established a successful track record in the creation and management of risk retention groups such as NMP.  Aon is a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services organization providing clients with customized solutions to meet their risk requirements and add value to their business. Aon is the world's largest captive and health care captive insurance company manager.

Claims Management
Claims management services are handled by a team of defense counsel and claims managers with significant radiation oncology experience. In addition, a physician expert panel, composed of Radiation Oncologists and NMP member insureds, provides the clinical expertise required to properly and efficiently manage claims.

Actuary
Tillinghast provides actuarial services as required by the company. The Tillinghast business of Towers Perrin provides global actuarial and management consulting to insurance and financial services companies.
